Our Story
Daughters Dumplings started with one thing, my father's hometown recipe from Northern China, passed down for more than a hundred years.
We still make every dumpling the traditional way: pleated by hand, in small batches, with zero shortcuts. No storefront yet, so we bring the family recipe straight to you at markets, pop-ups, and events all over Western New York.

No machines, no fillers, no frozen middle step. Just dough, real filling, and a hundred years of practice, made fresh the morning you eat them.
